Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Availability Analyst to own the multi-supplier Availability Management process, ensuring services meet agreed availability and resilience targets. You will monitor performance, analyse trends, and drive proactive improvements while coordinating with Incident, Problem, Capacity and Service Continuity teams.

You will work in a hybrid environment across office, client sites and home, with a focus on governance, risk management and data-informed decision making to enhance

Qualifications

  • Experience in Availability Management, Service Management or Service Performance within complex IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of SIAM principles and multi-supplier service delivery models.
  • Proven ability to analyse availability data and drive continual improvement initiatives.

  • Own the Availability Management process across a multi-supplier environment, ensuring services meet availability and resilience requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on service availability, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive proactive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve service resilience.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead governance, reviews, risk management activities, and service performance discussions.
  • Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Service Continuity teams and produce meaningful reporting.

About the job you’re consideringThe SIAM Availability Analyst will be accountable for the monitoring, governance, analysis, and continual improvement of service availability across a multi-supplier environment.
