Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Service Delivery lead to drive service excellence across ITIL-based processes, focusing on client satisfaction and cost efficiency. Your roleAs an integral part of our Service Delivery Team, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. Support activities across all ITIL processes engaging with your customer as required and collaborating with operational & technical teams to determine effectiveness of solutions, change windows, operational readiness etc.Continuous Improvement. Acting as the voice of the client for live service with an understanding of business priorities and challenges, effectively communicate with key stakeholders, keeping them informed of IT service performance and any planned Service changes. Collaborate with Partner Supplier IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Manage Business expectations. Champion IT initiatives and their benefits to business stakeholders Act as an advocate for the business within the IT organisation and vice versa.Business Systems Focus. Develop a deep understanding of the IT systems that are critical to business operations, providing input that aligns services to business requirements, representing those business requirements into the SIAM to support the business receiving the highest level of service.Manages the internal reporting of services and the financial cycle to include forecasting, invoicing and cost management; controls the billing and accuracy of all financials.Innovation and Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends within the relevant business sector. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve processes, enhance product development, and drive innovation.You can bring your whole self to work.
