Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the origination and execution of bulk annuities within the Pension Risk Transfer team in London. You will own key activities from marketing to closing deals, coordinating across investment, legal and structuring workstreams, and delivering compelling client propositions.

In this role you will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and support the growth of the BPA business as part of a fast‑growing area.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk annuity transactions or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Ambitious, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of marketing, origination and execution of new bulk annuities and other de‑risking opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; handle ad-hoc queries.
• Engage with Employee Benefit Consultant (EBC) and Professional Trustee market; coordinate timely responses.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and outsourcing partners to integrate workstreams into strong client propositions.
• Demonstrate understanding of bulk annuity structures, reinsurance solutions and new product lines; communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables for clients and senior internal stakeholders.
