Job summary

M&G in London is seeking a Senior Associate in Origination & Execution within the Pension Risk Transfer team. You will own activities across the marketing, origination and execution of bulk annuities and other de-risking opportunities, coordinating workstreams with senior support.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, engage with the Employee Benefit Consultant market and professional trustees, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client propositions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bulk annuity transactions and related client interactions.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of marketing, origination and execution of new bulk annuities and de-risking opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and manage ad-hoc queries.
• Engage with EBC and Professional Trustee market, coordinating timely responses.
• Coordinate cross-functional streams (commercial, investment, legal, pricing) to create strong client propositions.
• Produce high-quality deliverables for clients and senior stakeholders.
