Job summary

M&G is hiring an Associate for Origination & Execution in London. The role focuses on supporting the origination and execution of bulk annuities and other de-risking opportunities, working with stakeholders to deliver strong client propositions.

You'll engage with EBC, trustees and external partners, coordinating across teams to integrate commercial, investment and legal workstreams, while building expertise in novel transaction structures.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded with the ability to produce high quality client deliverables.
• Understanding of bulk annuity transactions or related client-facing experience is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills to manage priorities and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to capture client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, origination and execution of new bulk annuities and de-risking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and handle ad-hoc queries.
• Engage with EBC and Professional Trustee market and respond to surveys.
• Coordinate colleagues and outsourcing partners to integrate workstreams into client propositions.
• Develop understanding of bulk annuity transaction structures and related products.
• Produce high quality deliverables for clients and senior stakeholders.
