Qualifications

• BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying, RICS accredited degree.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects across sectors delivering building surveying duties.
• Maintain client relationships and project delivery with senior support.
• Assist with project management and contract administration.
• Conduct condition and measured surveys; prepare reports and specs.
• Support design and delivery of small to medium projects; due diligence surveys.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
