Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Building Surveying Practice in Newcastle is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering a full suite of building surveying services for public and private sector clients. The role offers varied projects and strong progression towards Chartered status.

You will work across projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to design and delivery while leveraging AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying or equivalent accreditation.
• Working towards MRICS, MCIOB or similar status.
• Confident client-facing surveying experience and delivery of design projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of building surveying duties across multiple projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery with senior support.
• Assist with project management, contract administration, surveys, and reporting.
