Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis Building Surveying Practice in Newcastle seeks an Assistant Building Surveyor with 2+ years’ PQE to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering building surveying services to public and private clients. You will support project management, surveys, reporting and contract administration, with progression toward MRICS while handling refurbishments and new works up to £250k capex.

Strong client-facing skills, AutoCAD and Revit experience, and willingness to travel are required in a

Qualifications

• Client-facing building surveying experience.
• Experience in project design and delivery incl. refurbishments and extensions up to £250k capex.
• Working toward Chartered status with MRICS/MCIOB or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management and contract administration duties.
• Perform condition and measured surveys and prepare professional reports.
• Support design and implementation of small–medium sized projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
