The role requires a degree in Building Surveying with MRICS membership or similar, and a proactive, client-facing approach. Hybrid working and a competitive benefits package are provided.

• MRICS or related professional membership.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and overseeing commissions.
• Contract Administrator & Employer’s Agent duties.
• Design and specification writing for projects.
• Pre-acquisition surveys and due diligence.
• PPM and asset condition schedules.
• Quality and technical monitoring of delivery.
• Bank/fund monitoring for projects.
• Defects diagnosis and remediation planning.
• Dilapidations assessments and scheduling.
• Party Wall Awards and related matters.
