Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of other professional body.
• CDM/Health & Safety exposure.
• Project-based experience on complex schemes.
• Excellent specification writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management of client projects from inception to completion.
• Manage commissions and client expectations.
• Provide design and specification writing support.
• Conduct pre-acquisition surveys and asset condition assessments.
• Monitor quality, technical standards and regulatory compliance.
