RLB in Manchester is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Built Asset Consultancy team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering proactive project management, effective commissions, and technical excellence across a range of client projects with a strong emphasis on specification writing and contract administration.

Hybrid working is available. The ideal candidate will hold a Building Surveying degree, be MRICS or equivalent, and bring CDM/Health & Safety

• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of a relevant professional body.
• CDM/Health & Safety experience on projects.
