RLB is recruiting a Senior Building Surveyor in Leeds with hybrid working. The role focuses on leading client-focused projects in the Built Asset Consultancy sector, delivering high standards of technical delivery and strong customer service.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach, MRICS or equivalent professional body, and a track record in managing complex assignments across multiple stakeholders in a consultancy environment. Hybrid working and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• CDM / Health & Safety exposure
• Project-based experience
• Ability to manage complex projects proactively and diligently
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Knowledge of JCT Contracts and project delivery from inception to completion
