WINNER Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading facilities management company in the search for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor. This role involves surveying a portfolio of up to 30 capital projects, with individual project values ranging from £50,000 to £400,000.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Survey up to 30 projects simultaneously
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and condition surveys to define project scope and requirements, and prepare specifications, drawings, and tender documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and consultants for project coordination
• Monitor contractor performance and manage on-site delivery to mitigate risks and prevent delays
• Mentor and support junior staff, providing training and knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Support budget control, contract management, and procurement processes
