Job Description:

Our client is a leading professional market leader operating nearly 2000 locations across the UK, ranging from 800 to 2000 sq ft sites in major towns and cities.

They are seeking a versatile Project Manager/Building Surveyor/FM Manager who can perform delaps, oversee contractors for refits, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.

This role is ideally based from home in the South West, covering the entire south coast up to South London. Experience in office refurbishments is desirable, but retail or similar experience is also acceptable.
