Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited in the UK is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead delivery of building services across major capital works and smaller projects. You will define scopes, ensure technical compliance, tender documentation and safety standards are met, coordinating with design managers, consultants and stakeholders.

The role requires proven experience with mechanical and electrical systems, plus CDM and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering building services across major projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and compliance with standards.
• CDM Regulations understanding and safe project delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and assure the delivery of building services elements across major capital works and smaller project portfolios.
• Ensure projects are fully defined, technically compliant, competitively tendered and delivered safely to required quality standards.
• Oversee the production of scopes, specifications, design briefs, surveys, tender documentation and RFQs for building services packages.
• Provide expert technical guidance across mechanical, electrical, public health and specialist systems throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Building Regulations, company standards, customer requirements and relevant defence standards.
• Coordinate effectively with design managers, consultants and stakeholders to optimise buildability, technical assurance and project outcomes.
• Support CDM compliance, promote a Safety First culture and contribute to pre-construction planning and governance activities.
