Sweco Building Control in England and Wales is seeking motivated Class 2 and 3 Building Inspectors. You will manage a broad range of projects, performing plan checks, site visits, and client meetings, with RBI registration required where applicable. The role supports a hybrid model (3 days office/site, 2 days home).
Ideal candidates hold RICS/CABE/CIOB or similar accreditation and demonstrate strong Building Control expertise and a proactive client-focused approach.

Sweco Building Control are the leading Building Control consultancy in England and Wales, providing market‑leading expertise as a Registered Building Control Approver since 1998. We pride ourselves on our quality and technical expertise that underpins our full suite of Building Control services, our approach is to listen and engage with our clients to anticipate the regulatory issues that will need resolving and work in partnership to deliver a successful project.
We are currently looking for motivated Class 2 and 3 Building Inspectors to join our team. We we operate a hybrid model which for us means typically 3 days in the office or on site and 2 days at home (depending on the need for site visits/clients meetings).
