Qualifications

• Experience in a Local Authority Building Control team is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident on the phone.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Apply and update knowledge of planning/building control admin processes and legislation.
• Validate building regulations applications and related notices and fee calculations.
• Carry out financial tasks: raise invoices, chase payments, request purchase orders and GRN.
• Provide front-line information, advice and assistance to customers.
