Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Support function for Building Control and supervise staff.
• Act as first point of contact for Building Control IT systems and processes.
• Validate applications, amendments, and notices; process fees and invoices.
• Maintain records and interpret architectural drawings for case files.
• Support reporting, service improvement projects, and stakeholder engagement.
