Qualifications

• Experience in a Building Control, construction, property, compliance or technical administration environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Building Control Surveyors
• Process Building Control applications and related documentation
• Manage project information, records and correspondence
• Review applications to ensure information is complete
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders
• Coordinate inspection requests and appointments
• Produce letters, reports and project documentation
• Maintain internal systems and project records
• Respond to client enquiries and support the technical team with Building Regulations administration
• Help ensure applications progress from submission to completion
