Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a Senior Brunch Chef to join our kitchens in Horsham. This role focuses on delivering exceptional brunch service with no evening hours, working with the Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations and top-quality food.

You will lead a kitchen team, uphold rigorous food safety standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience while aligning with our sustainability and customer service goals.

AsSenior Brunch Chef, you will ensure the quality and presentation of the food served from the Kitchen is of the highest standard at all times. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running daily kitchen operation, maintaining and enhancing service to the guests and to maximise profit at all times. You will also work to ensure that all areas of the venue are working to the highest food safety levels at all times.

You will be a team player and where required e flexible and adaptable to support in our kitchen areas as the business needs dictates.
