Trading Post Coffee Roasters in Brighton is seeking a passionate Chef to join our growing group. You will deliver exceptional food and maintain high service standards, while thriving in a fast-paced kitchen and collaborating across sections.

You will contribute to a positive team culture, participate in ongoing training, and represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters with a professional appearance, ensuring consistency and quality across shifts.

Trading Post Coffee Roasters is an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business that, since opening in 2017, has expanded to serve freshly roasted coffee, brunch, and cocktails across Brighton and Sussex. Exceptional coffee and quality food is at the heart of everything we do and who we are. We always aspire to deliver the best quality, consistency, and service in all our Coffee Houses.
