Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Brokerage Manager to own the brokerage function, manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and drive business growth in the UK lending market.

You will bring strong experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage, with knowledge of lender criteria and funding solutions. Leadership, proactive development and a keen eye for detail are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage.
• Good knowledge of UK lender criteria and funding solutions.
• Experience assessing, qualifying and packaging finance enquiries.
• Strong understanding of the bridging market.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage high volumes of work.

• Team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
