Job summary

Northern Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage or Bridging Broker in the United Kingdom to handle larger, more complex deals across residential and commercial finance. You’ll access a broad lender panel, structure cases from enquiry to completion and develop your own client and introducer network.

Qualifications

• CeMAP Level 3 or equivalent essential.
• Previous experience as Mortgage Broker, Bridging Broker, Specialist Finance Broker or Finance BDM.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial finance.
• Experience dealing with complex or specialist lending cases.
• Proven track record of generating business and revenue.
• The confidence to build relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to developing your own pipeline.
• Ambition to progress within a growing specialist finance business.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity for an experienced Mortgage or Bridging Broker to take on more complex cases, access a broad whole-of-market lender panel and build a strong personal pipeline, with uncapped earning potential.

The business provides the platform, lender access and support to help you structure and complete larger, more complex deals, while giving you the autonomy to develop your own client and introducer relationships.

The Role

About You

This role would suit an experienced broker who is commercially driven and wants the opportunity to work on larger and more complex transactions, while increasing their earning potential.

You'll ideally have:

Desirable Experience

• An established network of introducers or professional contacts
