NRG Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Commercial Mortgage Broker in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, offering a hybrid work pattern and a base salary of £40k with uncapped commission. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring and completing bridging and development finance deals for developers and investors.

You'll manage the full lifecycle of specialist finance transactions, with training and support to move into senior or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in bridging, development funding or complex buy-to-let mortgage advice required.
• Proven track record in structuring and completing deals in your specialist area.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will play a key role in sourcing, structuring and completing bridging and development finance deals - from generating new business with developers and introducers to negotiating terms and driving applications through to completion, managing the full lifecycle of specialist finance transactions with pace and accuracy. This brokerage welcomes both experienced bridging & development finance brokers and mortgage brokers with complex BTL expertise who want to move into specialist finance, with full training, clear guidance and the backing of a highly experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Generate new leads and build a high-quality pipeline within bridging and development finance
• Build strong, lasting relationships with developers, introducers and lenders
• Assess project viability, including cash flow, risk and business plans
• Prepare offers, term sheets and proposals, and negotiate competitive terms
• Drive applications through underwriting, valuation, legal and survey stages
• Consistently deliver on revenue, conversion and deal volume targets
