Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Brokerage Manager to own the brokerage function, manage a high volume of inbound opportunities and drive business growth.

You will bring a strong background in bridging finance, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage with solid knowledge of the UK lending market. This role offers hybrid working and exposure to a broad range of bridging and specialist finance transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridging, specialist finance or mortgage brokerage.
• Knowledge of UK lender criteria and funding solutions.
• Assess, qualify and package finance enquiries.
• Understanding of the bridging market.

• Strong understanding of the bridging market.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to business development.

• Team leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
