wed2b in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant for an in-store role. This 20-hour-per-week position offers £13.06 per hour plus uncapped commission, with a focus on delivering exceptional bridal experiences and leading by example on the shop floor.

You will guide and develop the team to achieve consistent results, while personally meeting sales targets and creating a welcoming environment for every bride and her guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales in a premium or customer-focused environment.
• Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment

• Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission
