wed2b Chesham is seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant to join our in-store team in Chesham, UK. This role is 16 hours per week at £13.06 per hour, with uncapped commission, delivering exceptional bridal experiences on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, coach others, and help the team achieve targets and KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment.
• Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Confident in supporting or mentoring others within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and commercial focus.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.

• Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care
• Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance
