wed2b seeks a Bridal Sales Consultant in the Brighton area to provide a welcoming, personalised in-store experience for brides and their guests. You will build rapport to understand style and budget, recommend wedding dresses and accessories, and guide decisions with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, teamwork, structured training, and uncapped commission within an international retail business. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role

• Confident in styling or interest in fashion (preferred)

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
• Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
• Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment, Due to the nature of the role, which involves assisting brides in a state of undress, applications are open only to females and transgender women with a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC). This is in line with an occupational requirement under the Equality Act. Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
