Job summary

wed2b – Northampton (In-store) is seeking a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional bridal experiences on the shop floor, while leading by example and supporting the team with coaching and motivation. This 14-hour-per-week, part-time role offers £13.06 per hour plus uncapped commission, with weekends required.

You will build rapport with brides, style dresses, and contribute to hitting sales targets in a premium, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales in premium or customer-focused environment.
• Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales performance
• Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each bride’s style, needs, and budget
• Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment
• A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets
• Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and commercial focus
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission
