Propel is hiring a Brand Lead to own how the brand shows up in market, from positioning and messaging through to social, PR, campaigns and launches.
You'll own brand positioning, messaging and external narrative, with a major focus on organic social and a distinctive, creative presence that drives awareness.
You will lead a small team and collaborate with internal teams and specialist agencies to bring a single, recognisable story to life.
Take a new brand, give it a distinctive identity, and make some noise.
We're partnering with a major UK business that's quietly spent the last few years building something huge.
An entirely new digital platform, built from scratch, designed to transform a market that has barely changed in decades and open it up to millions of potential customers.

They're hiring a Brand Lead to take ownership of how the brand shows up in market, from positioning and messaging through to social, PR, campaigns and launches.
This isn't about inheriting an established brand and maintaining what's already there.
You'll be helping shape what this brand becomes.
You'll own and evolve the brand positioning, messaging and external narrative, helping define what the business should be known for and ensuring that story comes through consistently across every channel.
A major focus will be organic social.
They want to move beyond simply maintaining a content calendar and build a much more distinctive, creative presence that drives awareness and keeps the brand front of mind.
You'll also:
You'll probably have 5+ years' experience across Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing or Communications, with experience owning strategy rather than simply executing somebody else's.
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic brand thinking with creative judgement and execution.
Someone who can define the narrative, but also look at a social concept, campaign or piece of creative and know whether it's good enough.
B2B experience isn't essential.
In fact, experience within a challenger, disruptive or high-growth consumer brand could be particularly interesting.
You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, strong personalities and an environment where ideas move quickly.
This is for someone who wants to build, experiment and create a brand people actually notice.
