The role:
  • We are looking for a Senior Brand Experience Manager to lead the way in bringing the well-loved brand to consumers.
  • This is a unique opportunity to join the Brand Experience function, orchestrating end-to-end consumer-focused communications.
  • You will collaborate closely with the wider UK Brand Team – stakeholder management is crucial.
  • The core purpose is to champion the brand internally, developing and delivering impactful creative that resonates with consumers, driving distinctive and memorable cross-channel campaigns with a strong commercial focus on KPIs, reporting, and optimisations.
  • You will be part of a talented team to deliver an orchestrated consumer journey and provide vision on marketing through a communication experience lens. Drive innovative ideas across proven levers, while exploring future opportunities.
  • The Senior Brand Experience Manager will have line management responsibility of 1 direct report.
  • Required experience includes approximately 6 years within brand management, specifically in FMCG.
  • Must operate at a Senior Marketing level with a strategic, consumer-first mindset.
  • Experience in delivering consumer strategy, with full responsibility for media planning.
  • Proven track record in 360 campaign management across multiple touchpoints, including marketing mix modelling.
  • Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated executional brilliance in the consumer sectors.
  • Ability to translate insights into effective brand building work.
  • A deep understanding of trends, culture, and the evolving media landscape is essential. A love for food and its social connections is a plus.
  • Maintain a consumer-first mindset, continuously learning about consumer behaviors, consumption patterns, and cultural trends.
