PepsiCo Europe Beverages Design is seeking a Senior Designer to lead UK Beverages brand design and craft strategy across the portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive design projects from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality assets and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong typography, design strategy and experience across brand, packaging and digital touchpoints, with a startup-mentality in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design required.
• Full-time agency side and/or client-side experience preferred.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software.

Responsabilidades

• Partner across disciplines within PepsiCo and external suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered with quality, value, and on-time.
• Inform and align stakeholders throughout the creative process, regularly reviewing the status of projects with leadership to verify expectations are met.
• Support the visual identity for the UK Beverages portfolio, collaborating with leadership across brand, product, packaging, equipment, marketing and advertising.
• Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) to visualize output and share with team members.
• Translate customer needs into actionable design strategy and drive final design recommendations and artwork production.
