Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist in Shillington, PA. The role includes opening accounts, supporting loans, and guiding members toward their financial goals.

You will work full-time, typically 40 hours weekly, with local coverage at nearby branches. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered and Spanish language skills are valued to assist members more effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within one year of accepting the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through thoughtful, personalized service and meaningful financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and support consumer loan applications.
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend relevant solutions that support their financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including teller and Member Service Representative coverage, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment with hands-on training and more one-on-one member interactions.
• Use Spanish-language skills to help members feel understood and confident in their decisions.
• Obtain a notary license within one year; training is provided.
