Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Senior Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to own technically challenging systems, build trusted client relationships, and influence service and project delivery across a growing regional portfolio.

The role combines advanced service engineering with responsibility for identifying, pricing, and delivering improvement works, including small works opportunities from concept to completion. Travel within the London region with on-call rota participation is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BMS platforms and building energy systems.
• Proven ability to own small works from concept to delivery.
• Strong diagnostic, commissioning, and integration skills across Modbus/BACnet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality planned maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Respond to complex reactive callouts with advanced diagnostics.
• Commission new installations and system upgrades; ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Plan and deliver small works end-to-end with safety, quality, and clear client communication.
• Support out-of-hours on-call rota for critical environments.
