Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Senior Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to own small works from concept to delivery, work on technically challenging systems, and build trusted client relationships across the region.

You will manage on-site service and project activity, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, system performance, and reliability while collaborating with an experienced operations team. The role includes a 24/7 on-call rota.

Qualifications

Strong proven BMS experience across building management systems.
Experience with Trend and Niagara Framework platforms is essential.
Familiarity with Distech or similar BMS platforms is a plus.
Excellent understanding of HVAC plant, building services, and control strategies.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality planned preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.
Respond to complex reactive callouts using advanced diagnostic skills.
Deep fault finding across controllers, field devices, networks and software layers.
Implement software modifications, upgrades and optimisation strategies.
Commission new installations and system upgrades, ensuring seamless integration.
