Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to own on-site service and small works for a growing regional portfolio. You will combine advanced service engineering with identifying, pricing, and delivering improvement works, while building trusted client relationships.

This role covers the London region with travel to Central London and surrounding areas, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rota to support critical environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BMS platforms, including Trend and Tridium Niagara.
• Strong understanding of HVAC plant, building services, and control strategies.
• Commissioning, diagnostics and system integration experience.
• Ability to identify, price, and deliver improvement works.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and small works on BMS platforms across multiple sites.
• Respond to complex callouts with advanced diagnostic skills.
• Carry out fault finding across controllers, field devices, networks, and software.
• Prepare quotations and own projects from proposal to delivery.
• Plan and manage small works end-to-end with safety and quality focus.
• Implement integrations using Modbus and BACnet.
