University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is looking for a Senior Biomedical Scientist to lead the Cellular Pathology laboratory at Royal Stoke University Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent. You will manage the main lab's day-to-day operations and supervise a dedicated team to ensure high-quality diagnostic services.

The successful candidate will train staff, develop SOPs, and uphold UKAS ISO 15189 standards while maintaining strong liaison with clinicians to enhance service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level degree and HCPC registration required.
• Experience in cellular pathology and post-registration practice.
• Engagement in CPD and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades
