Qualificações

• HCPC registration as Biomedical Scientist is essential.
• 5+ years post-registration experience in a busy Pathology lab.
• Supervisory/management experience and staff training.
• Active involvement in audit and service development.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Based in the Cellular Pathology Department at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic service for patients in cellular pathology.
• Work to SOPs, maintain documentation and data integrity.
• Train and support laboratory staff and students; facilitate CPD.
• Coordinate day-to-day technical activities and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in quality standards and safety practices (ISO 15189).
