Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant biological, computational or quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience in single-cell transcriptomics across full analytical workflow.
• Ability to align computational work with team priorities and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics and multiomics data.
• Interpret results and justify analytic decisions with evidence.
• Develop innovative data analysis strategies beyond standard pipelines.
• Communicate results to project leaders and the wider community.
