Arup is seeking a Senior MEP Building Services Project BIM Manager to join our Building Engineering Team in the Midlands, South-West and Wales, based in our Nottingham office. You will work within a multidisciplinary group of engineers and BIM designers on cutting-edge projects worldwide.

You will plan and produce models, drawings and data, supervise team members, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure high-quality BIM delivery.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of BIM workflow and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating MEP building services across multiple project stages.
• Ability to mentor and support junior staff and teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan and produce BIM models, drawings and data for projects.
• Supervise and support team members across disciplines.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure BIM delivery.
• Act as focal point for collaborative BIM delivery and coordination strategies.
