Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior BIM Manager / Digital Engineering Manager in Nottingham to lead a large-scale construction project. This role requires extensive experience in BIM processes, including developing digital handover strategies and ensuring compliance with ISO19650.

Key responsibilities include managing project information, supporting teams, and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate should possess advanced qualifications and effective communication skills. A commitment to net zero carbon initiatives is also essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, common data environment (CDE).
• Experience in developing and managing BIM execution plans.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and update BIM execution plans.
• Monitor digital handover processes.

Skills

Advanced understanding of content management systems

Experience with Autodesk products

PowerBI & Power Automate proficiency

Knowledge of ISO19650

Leadership skills

Education

Level 6 qualification or equivalent

Bachelor's degree or higher
