Job summary

Arup in Nottingham is seeking a Structural BIM Designer/Technician to produce structural BIM models and drawings within a multidisciplinary Building Engineering team. You will lead collaborative BIM delivery, coordinate with engineers, designers and clients, and contribute to innovative projects across rail, science and healthcare sectors from our Nottingham office.

You will bring strong Autodesk Revit skills, a background in structural BIM delivery, and an interest in automation and BIM

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Autodesk Revit for model setup and drawings.
• Strong background in structural BIM delivery and coordination.
• Understanding of the principles, processes and standards to produce high-quality models and drawings.
• Excellent communication with leads and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural BIM models and drawings for projects.
• Lead collaborative BIM delivery and coordinate workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to the wider team and mentor apprentices as the team grows.
