Job summary

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior BIM Modeller/Coordinator to lead BIM standards, workflows and coordination across disciplines.

You will own the central federated BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity for buildable designs. Responsibilities include implementing BIM/IDDEP requirements, conducting clash detection with Navisworks Manage, leading BIM/VDC meetings, and mentoring BIM Modellers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' BIM experience in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards, workflows and coordination across disciplines.
• Own the central federated BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage and prepare clash reports.
• Ensure BEP compliance and submission requirements.
• Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare, review and submit BIM models and other deliverables per project schedule.
• Guide and mentor BIM Modellers and support design teams.
• Monitor BIM progress and resource requirements, flagging delays.
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and data exchange.
• Coordinate with consultants and main contractors on design, scheduling and buildability.
