The role requires strong Navisworks proficiency to detect clashes, review models, and run coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Coordinator on large, complex projects.
• Skilled in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination workflows.
• Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration across architecture, MEP, and structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across disciplines on large-scale projects.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection, model review, and coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to resolve coordination issues.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
• Conduct model audits to ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.
• Provide guidance on BIM best practices to project teams.
• Use Solibri for model checks and quality control.
