Job summary

Assystem is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support delivery of major defence and infrastructure projects in London. You will coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, review federated models, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and ensure BIM deliverables align with BEP requirements and project standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or similar BIM delivery role.
• Familiar with AIRs and ISO 19650 is desirable.
• Experience federating models from multiple disciplines.
• Experience producing BIM dashboards/reports.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams.
• Receive, review and federate designs from multiple disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews with Navisworks.
• Produce clash reports and track actions to resolution.
• Support model review workshops and coordination meetings.
• Monitor BEPs and BIM deliverables against requirements.
• Maintain BIM coordination registers and KPI dashboards.
• Support interface management between contractors and design organisations.
• Guide project stakeholders on BIM processes and requirements.
