Job summary

L.J.B & Co. Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for data centre projects across UK/Europe. You will coordinate BIM activities, manage multidisciplinary models, and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans on major data centre developments.

The role involves clash detection with Navisworks, coordination meetings, and close collaboration with design, engineering and construction teams, with accommodation, rotation, and a weekly tax-free living allowance included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks.
• MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience desirable.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across the project.
• Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models.
• Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Manage model coordination and information exchange.
• Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams.
• Review drawings, models and technical information.
• Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models.
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained.
• Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Maintain accurate project information and documentation.
