Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician role within the M&E / Building Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and digital construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating multi-disciplinary MEP models across major construction projects.
• Managing clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks and Revit.
• Ensuring models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.
