Job summary

Digitaleng in Liverpool is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator (Revit MEP) to lead delivery of coordinated Stage 4–5 BIM projects, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors.

You will manage independent projects, run BIM coordination, perform clash detection with Navisworks, maintain BEPs and CDEs, mentor technicians, and drive quality through models and deliverables. The role requires strong communication and client engagement, office-based in Liverpool.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Revit MEP in a coordination-focused role.
• Proven use of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Excellent understanding of clash workflows, issue reporting.
• Stage 5 coordination and detailing knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
• Confident client engagement and professional meeting presence.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior staff.
• Strong BEPs knowledge and structured BIM delivery.
• Experience working within CDEs and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across multiple projects with high-quality model delivery.
• Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Maintain coordinated Revit MEP models and outputs per BEPs and standards.
• Produce Stage 5 coordinated models and detailed construction information.
• Independently manage project deliverables and deadlines.
• Engage with clients, design teams and contractors as BIM lead.
• Attend and lead BIM workshops and design reviews.
• Review and sign off models and drawings prior to issue.
• Manage documentation and model exchange through CDEs.
• Support planning, resourcing and risk reporting.
• Mentor junior team members on modelling best practices.
• Contribute to QA and BIM workflow improvements.
