Job summary

Cygnet Health Care in Kent is seeking a Senior Revenue Administrator to join the Billing team. The role is hybrid with two days in the office and three days at home, overseeing two Billing Administrators and managing a portfolio of sites to ensure accurate invoicing.

You will lead, train and mentor the team, crunch data in Excel, and support month-end processes, credit notes and billing queries with a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, finance administration or accounts receivable.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage team members.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyse and manipulate data.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supporting two Billing Administrators, including regular one-to-one meetings and workload reviews.
• Maintain and update sales daybooks daily using ward census information and manage a portion of the billing process across sites.
• Liaise with sites to obtain accurate billing information and ensure audit compliance.
• Assist in processing credit notes and resolve billing queries.
• Delegate work to ensure deadlines are met and provide guidance to the team.
