Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a Senior Revenue Administrator to join the Billing team at Kings Hill, Kent. This hybrid role includes two days in the office and three days working from home.

You will oversee two Billing Administrators, manage billing across a portfolio of sites, and ensure accurate invoicing with timely delivery. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in a billing or finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a billing, finance administration, or accounts receivable environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supporting two Billing Administrators, including regular one-to-one meetings and workload reviews.
• Maintain and update sales daybooks daily using ward census information and manage a share of the billing process.
• Liaise with sites to obtain accurate billing information and ensure audit compliance.
• Assist in processing credit notes and resolving billing queries.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and assist with month-end activities.
